The PACD-0004 is a standard-size proximity card for access control. It follows the Mifare Classic 1K EV1 S50 standard at 13.56 MHz and supports read and write.

Overview
Dual-Band LCD Reader and Controller, 16,000 Cards
The R11C-30 combines a dual-frequency card reader and a door controller in one keypad unit with a 128 x 64 LCD. It reads EM, Mifare and NFC credentials and stores 16,000 cards and 32,000 events locally. Wiegand, RS-485 and relay connections let it manage a door or feed another controller.
